Roger Yang
Chief Executive Officer/Co-owner
Roger brings over 30 years executive experience in management of infrastructure organisations in Singapore, UK and New Zealand. Prior to IAC, Roger was regional Chief Executive of Alstom in Sydney and Vice President of ABB in Singapore. Roger holds a Ph.D in Civil Engineering from University of Canterbury and is passionate about step shifts in industrial automation and has been active in corporate leadership, philantrophic activities in medical education and fundraising activities for Waldenström macroglobulinemia.
Michael Te Whitu
Chief Operations Officer.
Michael joined IAC in 2022 and brings deep expertise in major infrastructure and operational excellence. His 29-year career includes leadership roles at major manufacturing and logistics companies across the Pacific Islands, New Zealand and Asia. He holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Otago and is dedicated to integrating Māori business principles into modern corporate practices.
Emma Wilson
Chief Financial Officer
Emma is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning. She joined IAC in 2016 having previously worked at one of the Big Four accounting firms and held senior finance positions in both Australia and New Zealand. Emma holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Australian National University and specializes in merging traditional financial practices with innovative funding solutions for sustainable growth.
Hannah Thompson
Chief People Officer
Hannah brings extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. She specializes in creating inclusive workplace cultures and implementing innovative talent management strategies. Her background includes senior HR roles at multinational corporations, and she holds certifications in organizational psychology and change management.
Dr. James Patel
Chief Technology Officer
James joined IAC in 2015 as Director of IT. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Victoria University of Wellington, James leads IAC's technological initiatives and digital transformation strategy. His expertise spans artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. Before IAC, he founded two successful tech startups and served as Head of Innovation at Xero.
