Our suite of community services is dedicated to empowering individuals and families by tackling the critical issues of child poverty, mental health, and leadership development. We are an accredited service provider with links and partnerships to enable comprehensive support programs that offer resources and skills to uplift children and promote their well-being. Through workshops, counseling, and mentorship, we nurture future leaders, ensuring they have the tools to succeed and make a positive impact in their communities. Accredited services

Our services are accredited and audited by MSD, ACC and conform to Aotearoa's Social Sector standards. Community services play a vital role in breaking the cycle of homelessness by providing essential support and resources. These services often include access to temporary housing, job training programs, mental health support, and financial literacy workshops. By addressing the root causes of homelessness, such unemployment and lack of affordable housing, we empower individuals to regain stability and independence. Through collaboration and outreach, these services foster a sense of belonging and hope, paving way for lasting change.

Culturally safe

IACF is excited to announce its partnership with Te Ara Aramaia in implementing essential improvements to amenities and grassroots projects, thanks to the $1 million funding from our generous partners in Wellington. These initiatives aim to deliver significant benefits to the Wellington community in 2025/2026, enhancing the quality of life and fostering local engagement. In the challenging landscape of 2025, we have witnessed remarkable resilience compassion from our community. Many businesses have stepped up, channeling their efforts to support those in need. IACF extends heartfelt gratitude to Wellington City Mission, Te Puni Kokiri, and Sullivan Motel their unwavering commitment to providing food for those experiencing mental health struggles. Additionally, we are thankful to MyFoodBag, and local restaurants like Wellington's Charlie Noble for their generous donations of meals, ensuring that vulnerable individuals in our programs receive nourishment they need.

IACF is proud to support the New Zealand's Suicide Prevention Action Plan 2025 - 2029 led by the Ministry of Health. Our advocacy for mental health investments since 2017 has been a pillar of our strategy over the years.
