Governance & board
At IAC, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of governance to ensure transparency, accountability, and ethical decision-making. At the helm of our governance structure is a dedicated board composed of five experienced members, each bringing diverse expertise and insights to guide our strategic direction.
To enhance our governance framework, we have established two key committees: the Finance & Investment Committee and the Strategy & Operations Committee. The Finance & Investment Committee oversees financial performance and investment strategies, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively. Meanwhile, the Strategy & Operations Committee focuses on the long-term strategic planning and operational effectiveness of IAC.
An independent chair of the board leads our governance efforts, ensuring impartial oversight facilitating constructive discussions among board members. This independence allows for unbiased decision-making that prioritizes the interests of our stakeholders and supports the growth objectives of IAC.
We are committed to adhering to regulatory and risk frameworks in all the jurisdictions we operate in. This dedication ensures compliance with local and international regulations, safeguarding the integrity of our operations while managing potential risks effectively. In our charter, we are committed to ensuring quality and continuous improvements are central to how we operate. In 2012, IAC was ISO 9001 quality management certified and in subsequent years we have been certified with ISO 45001 and 100% of our electrical/mechanical workforce are certified with NZS testing, commissioning and installation credentials.
Our governance approach fosters a culture of responsibility and ethical behavior throughout IAC, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in the electrical, industrial and renewable energy industry. We believe that strong governance is essential for building trust with our clients, partners, and employees, as we strive to achieve our mission of delivering innovative data solutions.
