David brings over 30 years of experience in international business development and organisational transformation. Prior to founding IAC Ltd in 2017, he served as CEO and has held executive positions at multinationals based in London, Dubai and Singapore. David is passionate about sustainable business practices and digital innovation.

Chief Operations Officer.

 

Michael brings deep expertise in supply chain management and operational excellence. His 25-year career includes leadership roles at major manufacturing and logistics companies across New Zealand and Asia. He holds a Master's in Operations Management from the University of Otago and is dedicated to integrating Māori business principles into modern corporate practices.

Chief Financial Officer

Emma is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning. She previously worked at one of the Big Four accounting firms and held senior finance positions in both Australia and New Zealand. Emma specializes in merging traditional financial practices with innovative funding solutions for sustainable growth.

Chief People Officer

Hannah brings extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. She specializes in creating inclusive workplace cultures and implementing innovative talent management strategies. Her background includes senior HR roles at multinational corporations, and she holds certifications in organizational psychology and change management.

Chief Technology Officer

With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Victoria University of Wellington, James leads IAC's technological initiatives and digital transformation strategy. His expertise spans artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. Before IAC, he founded two successful tech startups and served as Head of Innovation at Xero.
